Raghavasimha hails from Chennai. After obtaining his masters in Information Technology M.S (IT), he went on study Information Systems Development and Management from London School of Economics, University of London and topped the class. He has worked for almost two decades in IT industry and has served top companies including Microsoft, GE and Citigroup – London.

He has also presented several papers on Management at IIM Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad and SRM University – School of Management. Some of his works have been recognized and awarded suitably in international forums.

A keen interest to study the ancient scriptures and understanding their relevance and application for today's modern society prompted him to join the Vedanta Academy in Malavli, a village near Pune. He studied the Philosophy of Vedanta as a fulltime student for several years.

Today he runs Lokas Advanced Websolutions and conducts self development workshops for college students, corporate and general society in Chennai.

Raghu is a native of Chennai. After completing his Masters in Financial Management from Pondicherry Central University he went on to be part of a Recruitment Consulting firm, from where he moved on to Manage and Lead Talent Acquisition and Management portfolio with leading organisations like HCL Tech. and DELL INC. in India. Subsequently he has ventured on his own and have been supplying manpower to most of the leading MNCs within and outside India for more than half a decade. With this experience he has a good overall understanding of the Industry functioning and is skillful in the area of Client Management and Delivery.
